Subject: Post: <p>Today was a day in San Salvador without any previously set plans, so we just walked around the city. Obtained local SIM cards for some $3, tried to visit the aircraft hangar -shaped church El Rosario (which was closed), tried to visit the zoo (which was closed) and so on.</p><p>It is really hot in San Salvador now, 31-32C with direct sunshine, and forecast says 35C for the rest of the week. I think we will be heading to the beach for our remaining days in the country, and spending Thursday and Friday somewhere on the Pacific coastline.
